To help effectively, I only work with 2–4 clients at a time.
My approach is fully transparent, built on long-term relationships. Using the models below, we work together to identify exactly what I can take on for your business.
What I typically take on
Operational / Cash Efficiency Assessment
An honest, structured look at where the business stands before we decide on anything else.
Margin Expansion / Transformation
Finding and executing the changes that move the P&L, not just the org chart.
Fractional COO to CEO/Founder
Direct partnership with the CEO — running operations so they can run the company.
Reduction in Workforce Management
Managing the hard, necessary work of resizing a team responsibly.
Management Systems (OKRs, KPIs)
Building the systems that make performance visible and decisions faster.
Scaling Plan: People, Process & Technology
A concrete plan for growth that doesn't break what's working.
Three ways to work together
The first month of both the Operator and Advisor model is the Operational/Cash Efficiency Assessment, to make sure we both understand the business before committing further. You can also choose to start with just the assessment, then decide what fits.
I become immersed in your business as the COO, leading and executing alongside you and your team — in person, remote, or hybrid.
Less direct involvement. I run the Operational/Cash Efficiency Assessment, then advise your team going forward — your internal team owns execution.
We align on a specific project where you need a seasoned COO to execute — tightly scoped before we start.
Hourly rates vary depending on the length of the engagement. I'll provide a detailed estimate once we've aligned on what your business needs.
